Clean-line sketch, color tinted. Commissioner's character is based from the book "The Handmaid's Tale". (And I have to admit, I really like the outfit and wish it was my design, but its not! I just had to make it work for a mouse instead of a human. And, no, I haven't read the book myself. Kinda nipping that question in advance!)
